Based in Macau & Hong Kong, Anya Tong is a multidisciplinary artist, graphic designer, and illustrator. She graduated with a Bachelor of Design from The University of Melbourne in 2020 and is a current MFA student at Goldsmiths, University of London. She was a former design team member for Farrago Magazine and a performance designer for the Four Letter Word Theater. She performed at the Melbourne Fringe 2018 and the Mudfest Festival. She is a current member of the Macao Art For All Society and Macao Sculpture Association. She participated in group and solo exhibitions across China, Macao, Melbourne, London and Paris. Recently, Anya’s art practice centres around experimentations with video art, sound art, photography, performances, mixed media, and installations. Her works primarily revolve around concepts relating to human existence, time and the unconscious.
